Mr. Miller has successfully operated as the top executive of numerous companies for over 25 years. Throughout his career he has produced strong operating growth by identifying opportunities, leveraging proprietary technology, rationalizing cost structures, optimizing organizational structures, managing the strategic planning process, negotiating successful mergers and acquisitions and the development and launching of new products. As an accomplished corporate strategist and chief executive, his vision and expertise in business performance has driven notable enterprise growth in the food and beverage, sporting goods and consumer product industries.
David White has over ten years of experience developing businesses from concept to fruition. He has formed and owned several companies, written business plans, assisted in capitalization, produced sales videos, and developed websites. In the past he has also helped acquire bank financing for large commercial real estate projects and then managed their construction. His varied background and capabilities have been instrumental in helping to enhance and improve business plans in order to prepare companies for launch or expansion. He has a Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and an Advanced Paralegal Certificate from The University of Arizona.
Mr. Miller has global operating experience having sourced and sold products in every major world marketplace. He has a successful background in sourcing and managing all forms of capitalization including: bank debt, capital leases, mezzanine and equity financing. His achievements have been featured in numerous industry trade publications. He was also a finalist for the Ernst & Young sponsored “Entrepreneur of the Year” award three separate times.
His strategic and turnaround capability is highlighted by his accomplishments as Chairman, President & CEO of Axxess Technologies, Inc. where he led a distressed venture capital backed company to record profitability through brand development, new distribution, new product introductions, mergers and acquisitions, operational consolidation and ultimately the sale of the company that produced the targeted venture capital return on investment.
Dale Murray has spent his career in sales, marketing and entrepreneurial enterprises. His Business Administration education from Brigham Young University propelled him into a Communications Consultant position with Mountain Bell. He worked through a variety of opportunities and educational enhancements with Bell over a 21-year period. During that time the company provided Mr. Murray with masters courses in Marketing, Data Communications and Program Management. He has headed several startup companies and has been instrumental in raising millions of dollars in start-up capital for multiple ventures.
